- Meeting called to order with moment of silence and serenity prayer at 4:31 PM EST

- Amy D Read the second tradition.
- Brian L read the minutes. Motion approved to approve the minutes.
- Committee Reports
- Communications – Brian trained 2 or 3 people. Website costs were reduced and Brian is working on and end meeting button.
- Speaker Seeker – Booked except for 12/26 in December and a lot of January.
- Treasurer – Emily not present.
- Intergroup – Contacted intergroup to register and the requirement is to give name and email of previous rep and need to know the number, which he got from Steve. We need old intergroup reps name. Anna will send the information.
- Schedule Review was conducted and additions/subtractions were made.
- Old Business
- Reading preamble at morning meeting (not an AA meeting). Libby suggested that the reason it was removed was that we welcome all higher powers. Stephen disagrees and says that it’s not a traditional AA meeting but it’s listed in intergroup and we read ch 6. Brian asked if we should remove (with difficulty) the 9AM meeting from intergroup. Kathy says we should have it a traditional meeting if we do the readings. She would like to keep it a prayer and meditation meeting. Apparently verification is possible at the 9AM meeting through the Google form but we say that there isn’t verification. No motion was made to add the meeting back in.
- Second issue was the intergroup listing. We’ll address this in new business with an intergroup rep.
- Should we add the day count to the Tuesday Meeting at 6:30? Jackie says after reconsideration, no. Amy D suggests we do it at the Friday night 10 PM. Seconded by Brian. Vote passes to try for one month and review.
- New Business
- James was voted in as intergroup rep.
- Brian was voted in as secretary.
- Brian suggested we have a bylaws committee per Stephen recommending term limits for officers. Brian said the current term is June-June. Anna advised committee members must had 90 days continuous sobriety.
- Jackie motions to close, Amy seconds. Closed with responsibility statement at 5:24 PM
